Situated in the charming village of Warham, just outside of the bustling coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea, Fitters Barn is a contemporary barn conversion with a difference. Comprised of four luxurious bedrooms, each with an accompanying en-suite, and open-plan living areas plus enclosed garden, take advantage of the many great options for entertaining throughout the house, making this hideaway the perfect option for a summer holiday with family, or for a wintery break with friends.
The stylish, relaxed nature of the barn really comes to the fore in the living areas. With the kitchen providing a great base in which to plan the days activities while taking in the morning views over the Stiffkey River Valley, it is truly a great spot for enjoying the rural landscape and the wildlife that inhabits it. The adjacent dining areas, both inside and out, mean that any occasion will be well catered for. Upstairs, the sitting room is built around a large feature wood burning stove, making this a great option in the chillier months, when you will also be able to explore the wilder side of the surrounding landscape.
Four comfortable, quiet bedrooms have been curated to provide a good nights' rest, each dressed with white luxury linens and featuring accompanying en-suite bathrooms. Perfect for celebrating special occasions where all guests will be equally well looked after. A special mention must be made for the master bedroom, as the inclusion of the Juliet balcony and the architecture of the building really impress.
Outside, the enclosed rear garden is a perfect space for children to play and for adults to relax. There's an undercover table tennis table, which is also suitable for storing bikes. Ample off-road parking is available.
Formerly part of the Holkham Estate, you are located in the heart of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Just down the road, you’ll find the popular seaside towns of Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney, with nearby Burnham Market also being a good option for some retail therapy.
