We have just had a wonderful stay at the Dippers. It was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The beautiful gardens were in sun all day with the back garden fully enclosed, it was truly dog friendly and felt very private, surrounded by trees it was ideal when using the hot tub, which we did every day. This peaceful setting gave us the relaxing break we needed. The Sky TV and WiFi were excellent. Located close to local shop and petrol station. A short drive to Stalham provided us with a large Tesco store, numerous pubs and places to eat. A great base to visit Wroxham, Cromer, Potter Heigham, the Broads and more. We've stayed in many holiday cottages and this is one of the best.Highly Recommended

A perfect cottage! Has a large, enclosed and private back garden. The hot tub was clean and set at a perfect temperature.. A beautifully-tended front garden. Peaceful setting (Sat listening to the gentle dawn chorus in the garden). Extremely comfortable and clean throughout. Excellent pressure with the shower. Very dog-friendly. Lovely, we'll equipped property with very friendly owner on hand if needed. Handy for exploring the Broads & the Coast. Good coffee shop & farm shop nearby plus Tesco's just up the road a few minutes drive away. Property is down a quiet lane & we saw deer & rabbits in the lane on several occasions. The hot tub was fantastic after a day out.
