Hi, the house is lovely and very spacious, ideal for a three generation get together. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped but it would have been good to have some bin bags - we have left a roll along with dishwasher tabs, a few would have been nice. However the plumbing is a problem. We had been warned about the shower in the boat house, so we let it run for a good ten minutes, still no hot water. The leak from the shower above the sitting room should have been fixed before we arrived as you already knew about it. A bulb in one of the bedrooms was out. I think your check list had not been adhered to. Sorry that’s such a moan and we had a great time, we very much appreciated the quality of the bedding and the comfort of the beds.

Lovely location near the beach and a cafe. The house was perfect for a large family group with parking and lots of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and new with comfortable beds. We would stay again

This was a very well equipped property but there were a few issues which I left a note about but I don't suppose they were passed onto cottages.com.There was no welcome pack. There was no fire pit which we knew about beforehand but it would have been useful as the evening sun did not shine on the terrace where the outside furniture was. There was a BBQ but it looked like it hadn't been used for ages and it wasn't clean so we didn't use it.The shower in the bedroom off the kitchen did not drain away which meant the tray filled up with water and also leaked over the bathroom floor and there was obviously water under the flooring in the bedroom close to the bathroom door.
