We're slightly disabled but everything was on one floor. Exceptional spotlessly clean annex, all mod cons and appliances (including Heating which we required on a couple of days). Jeff, our host, was very welcoming and provided plenty of information both verbal and written. He has a hand-written map of the area which is very useful. Would definitely stay here again!!

The hosts are on the same site but do not bother you. You are welcome to knock on their door or call them if you need help or there is a problem. There is everything on site you need for your holiday. The hosts even provide a box of leaflets with things to do,restaurants, take aways etc. There isn’t anything they haven’t thought of. We throughly recommend this property. We have just returned home from our second visit in less then 3 months and we will go back again.

Nothing is too much trouble, and the accommodation also benefits from personal touches such as the welcome pack and various other goodies. It is very much like home from home. The location is great to get out and about, it’s on a bus route if that’s your thing, and Norwich City centre is easy to navigate with a great variety of major retailers and independent outlets. There is a bustling outdoor market, and a visit to the Cathedral is a must, lots of information posted on line. The weather wasn’t so kind to us this time, we missed our cuppa’s in the huge garden, but we saw lots of deer on our travels, and enjoyed visiting various locations on the Broads. There are lots of local eateries a short walk away, so we were spoilt for choice if you fancy a rest from preparing meals.
