The cottage is a great base for a beach holiday , lovely walks to sea pallingand happisburgh. The grandchildren and the dog really enjoyed the big garden at the cottage.The sunrise and sunset is an absolute must on the beautiful sandy beach.We didn’t really think much to the fish and chips at sea palling but to be fare they were very very busy the evening we called in.The Chinese restaurant at Stalham was fab and they will deliver to the cottage.All in all fab cottage, location and holiday at a very reasonable price.

Beautiful house minutes from a stunning beach. Great bedrooms and a large kitchen; also a huge enclosed garden. The owner is very responsive. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely week. The house is clean, comfortable and very well equipped, although a mirror in one of the top floor rooms would have been useful. A minor point, though. We had everything we needed and the large and secure garden meant that the dog was happy, too. It’s a short scramble over the dunes to a lovely beach which we had to ourselves most of the time. I would recommend taking a day boat out on the broads and taking a trip into Norwich or Great Yarmouth.A memorable holiday in excellent accommodation; no complaints!
