Guests say

This summary has been generated using feedback from guests who have stayed at this property

High House in Norwich is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its ample space, comfort, and amenities suitable for large groups and families. Guests have enjoyed the games room, hot tub, and the property's charm and character. Its location is ideal for country and beach walks, with easy access to local attractions. While some maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience has been positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Cleanliness

Most guests found High House clean and tidy upon arrival, with comfortable bedding and well-maintained rooms. However, there were some concerns about floor cleanliness and a few instances of unclean kitchen appliances, which slightly lower the score.

Location

The property's location is highly praised for its proximity to beaches, amenities, and attractions. It offers a great setting for country and beach walks, making it an ideal spot for guests looking to explore Cromer and the surrounding coast.

Comfort

Guests have consistently noted the comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of the rooms. The house's layout and the provision of a games room and hot tub contribute to a comfortable stay, although some minor maintenance issues prevent a perfect score.

Facilities

The facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen, games room, and hot tub, are generally appreciated by guests. However, the score is affected by reports of maintenance issues such as faulty locks, a disintegrating dart board, and a leaky shower, indicating room for improvement.

Thoughtfulness

The presence of a Christmas tree during a festive stay and the provision of ample kitchen equipment and towels suggest a thoughtful approach to guest comfort. While these touches are appreciated, it is noted that such personal touches may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.
