Stayed in Kingfisher (second from end of row of cottages). Our stay was at the end of February, and we chose this location mainly because of the very close railway station and given the weather thought close to Norwich would be a good place to visit - which it was.Plus points - location to railway station, beautiful view at the front across the marina. Accommodation had everything you needed for a stay, and free Netflix a bonus. Wi-fi was good. Not so good - sofa was very badly stained and could do with replacingKitchen Utensils - very poor - in fact probably the worse we have ever had (we stay in Hoseasons properties at least 3 times a year)- the chopping board was disgusting, no cheese grater, pots and pans not great. The main problem is that you can hear every conversation between your neighbours when you are in the hot tub, particularly that one side of us was a very loud group of women (music playing, loud conversations) - and I dread to think what it would be like in the summer months; which did not make for a peaceful soak in the tub. Hot Tub was large, but the filter cover was broken, so it was spraying water everywhere. Not all the hot tub jets were working.Would I stay here again - probably not.

Crockery and cutlery were dirty, so all had to go into the dishwasher.
