A three bedroomed, two storey, riverside property. Ideal for the larger family/party. The accommodation comprises of one ground floor double room and two first floor twin rooms. There is a large ground floor shower room and WC and on the first floor the bathroom has a bath. A row dinghy is included, free of charge, for the duration of your stay and a day-launch is available for hire, subject to availability when booking. There is free car parking adjacent to the property.. These individual waterside properties are located close to an attractively landscaped boatyard set slightly back from the main river. Wroxham, the renowned ‘Capital of The Broads’ is just a short walk away offering you a wealth of shops, excellent amenities and pubs.. Should you wish to add members to your party prior to arrival, you must contact Hoseasons to confirm these changes. If you arrive with extra people the owner will not accept the booking as the Insurance for each property will only cover the advertised maximum occupancy. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

Please note no more than two dogs are permitted in any property. Please check at time of booking if your accompanying pet is not a Dog.
Iron and ironing boards are available on request at reception.
No fireworks are allowed anywhere on this site.No dispoable BBQ's are allowed on site or surrounding areas.
For Moorlands you can request a boat launch which is available for hire at extra cost, subject to availability. Please ring Summercraft for details.
Electricity is via meter reading. You will need to pay owner for the Electricity that you have used on departure.

NO more than TWO dogs ARE permitted IN ANY cottage regardless OF size. DOG’S must never BE left unattended IN your cottage.
Towels are included.
If a customer would like to bring their own boat to this site, the customer will need to agree this with the park directly. Also, if the Chorus Girl 1 or 2 is hired, this cannot be taken to the house, it must be taken from the boat yard, which is only a short distance away.
Please be aware that day launches are only suitable for upto 6 adults. Should you have any queries please call the Boatyard or Hoseasons prior to booking for confirmation.
