Guests say

Orchard Barn receives glowing praise for its stylish and spacious barn conversion, set in a tranquil rural location with beautiful countryside views and abundant wildlife. Guests consistently highlight the immaculate cleanliness, high-quality furnishings, and exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The property is dog-friendly and ideally situated for exploring Norwich, the Broads, and the Norfolk/Suffolk coast. The owners are frequently described as friendly and helpful. While the garden is not fully fenced for dogs, this is a minor point in otherwise overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Multiple reviews describe the property as spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained, with no negative comments regarding cleanliness.

The rural setting is widely praised for its peace, quiet, and scenic views, with easy access to local attractions. A few guests noted the distance from the village, but overall feedback is highly positive.

Guests consistently mention comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The barn is described as very comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The property is repeatedly described as extremely well equipped, with modern appliances, quality furnishings, and excellent bathrooms. The only minor issue raised was the lack of a fully fenced garden for dogs.

Reviewers frequently mention the owners' friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail, creating a welcoming environment. While some guests refer to generous supplies and finishing touches, gifts are not specifically mentioned and cannot be guaranteed.

Great place to stay, very clean, everything you need for self catering is there, lots of utensils, nothing is missing. Definitely a higher end property, finished well and extremely comfortable. Bathrooms excellent, modern and great showers. Beautifully rural, more wildlife than cars, which we enjoyed. It is dog friendly but our only issue is there is no lawned area fenced off to let dogs out to do their business, so putting them on a lead first and last thing at night, just would have been nice to let them out and not worry. If this changed, we'd return in a heartbeat.
