Attractions for all can be found at the seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham, half an hours drive, with Blue Flag Award sandy beaches, pier, promenade gardens, golf courses, Splash swimming pool and Poppyline Steam Railway, journeys through beautiful countryside and neighbouring coastal villages onto Holt. Norfolk Broads for waterfront cafes, restaurants, boat hire, river trips, fishing (in season) and sailing, 7 miles. Hickling Broad with Wildlife Trust nature reserve, 6 miles. We had a lovely week at this property. It is a spacious house with ample room for our multi generational party of eight. The log burner and generous supply of logs was excellent, the games room was well received even if the heater could only take the edge off the chill! Close proximity to the beach is ideal for those walks and the single village pub was welcoming too.

We stayed at Pembroke house for Christmas, it was a lovely big house with comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen. There was a real Christmas tree in the spacious lounge which made us all feel festive . There is a charm about this house that makes it feel very comfortable for a big family holiday
