Beautiful peaceful location. The house was very well equipped and the hosts very helpful. The highlight was spending time at the end of the garden watching life go by on the river.

A fabulous cottage in the perfect location. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic family holiday. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished and there was a very large and comfortable lounge area for relaxing . The hosts, Andrew and Marion, were very welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. There was an excellent welcome pack with delicious homemade scones to greet us on our arrival! We hired Frosty and had a marvellous time relaxing on the Broads. The garden too had lots of different seating so you could always catch the sun and it was so lovely to sit on the river bank in the evening and watch the otters, swans and herons, not to mention the early morning deer. A truly memorable holiday – we will certainly return!
