Outside space limited. Photos make it look like it’s close to the look out tower but it’s over a miles walk

Clean and comfortable and great location. Plenty to do locally with nice walks nearby.

Annexe to owners bungalow, comfortable and well-equipped although personally we would have preferred a dishwasher to the washing machine. Approximately a 25 minute walk to the Ship Inn (highly recommended) and local shops, but there is a bus stop nearby for the service that runs into the village centre during the day. Ideally located for the Norfolk Coast Path and bus service into Cromer (c. 25 minute journey). Very friendly and helpful owner plus a much appreciated welcome package.
