The kitchen was very well equipped and clean. The bathrooms always had hot water and the house was warm cosy over New Year. We didnât adjust the heating but we knew we could have and we enjoyed the log burner. The property is at the top of a residential lane heading into the countryside so it feels a bit away from things which was nice. We enjoyed the local shops in Wroxham and had a special meal in Hotel Wroxham which comes recommended, which we could walk to. The owners clearly take pride in their lovely home and it was a pleasure to be in it. I imagine in the summer the garden and patio is lovely. Our children still enjoyed playing outside in the winter as the lawn was in lovely condition.

For 7. It has been fitted out with good quality fittings however there is very bad mould in the dinning room very of putting when eating at the table also there is mould in the grouting in the down stairs wet room.( we do have photos to back this up.) This would be a nice property if these thing were seen to but although the bedrooms sleep 8 overall this should be listed for 6 persons for comfort
