The house was lovely and clean. The heating was on when we got there which we were grateful for. The kitchen was well stocked and we couldnât fault anything. Sprowston P & R is 20 mins away for visits into Norwich and there is a Tesco nearby. The local area looked lovely but the weather was awful so we didnât get a chance to explore.

Great location.

But this property surpassed our expectations- excellent owners, fabulous, well kept and a pleasure to stay in. To all holiday let owners, never under-estimate how we feel when we come to use saucepans that have obviously been bought new and not leftovers you had at home!
