Guests say

Woodview is consistently praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and well-equipped facilities. The comfortable beds and quiet indoor environment, despite a busy road, are frequently mentioned. The location is ideal for exploring Norfolk, with easy access to local attractions and the coast. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, including a welcome with tea and biscuits, and an Easter egg during the festive season.

Guests are generally very satisfied with the cleanliness, describing the property as immaculate and well-presented. One isolated comment about the shower cleanliness slightly impacts the score.

The property's location is highly regarded for its proximity to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The ease of access to the coast and nearby towns like Cromer and Sheringham is a highlight, although limited visibility when exiting the driveway is noted.

The comfort of the property is well-received, with guests mentioning comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere indoors. The conservatory is noted as being cold or hot depending on the weather, which slightly affects the comfort experience.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the inclusion of a wood burner. However, comments about the heating system and the need for additional heaters in certain areas suggest room for improvement in maintenance.

The owners' thoughtfulness is appreciated, with mentions of a welcoming chalkboard, soft towels, and festive gifts. However, as gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, this is reflected in the score.
