The house is a good size for bigger groups with plenty of parking.Overall everything was fine but there were a few small issues as in some areas were poorly finished and we think ongoing decoration was happening.

8 of us staying 5 nights. Cons - Could do with another settee for comfort in the living room, not much wardrobe space and needs mirrors in bedrooms - for 8 females! Pros - Host was great, couldn't do enough for us, gave us a shout when he went to the shops, even taxi'd us into Durham one night!Place was the perfect size inside and out, huge field to use for picnics, etc.Very clean and beautifully decorated. Easy to find and perfectly situated for our needs. We enjoyed our stay and hoping to stay next year, if available!
