From start to finish the owners could you not do enough to ensure our comfort and convenience. The standard of the accommodation was outstanding with every bedroom and bathroom being of luxury hotel quality. The owners provided a very generous welcome pack for humans and dogs, which was appreciated very much. The garden is enclosed and safe for dogs and children to run free, and the views on all sides are extensive. There are walks from the property but historic sites are also just short drives away. If you're up for a longer drive (about an hour) then Blackhall beach is worth a visit for a rugged beach walk. This beach suffered during its industrial past but now offers a much under-used coastal experience. Search 'Blackhall beach car park' for directions to straightforward free access to the beach. We had a great few days at this property and thank the owners very much.

It has everything you could need. Plenty of space inside and a lovely garden with beautiful views all around. Katey went out of her way to make us feel welcome, making sure my birthday weekend was perfect. Thank you so much Katey, everything you did was greatly appreciated by us all. We will definitely be back

We have stayed at many properties over the last few years and this was possibly the best equipped we have been to. Katey and Andrew have literally thought of everything you might need during your stay and respond to any queries you might have quickly and helpfully. Beds were large and super comfy. Location is beautiful with walks and places of interest to visit locally plentiful. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely use again if available.
