Clean and well maintained. The welcome pack was well received and the voucher for the local pub/eatery was a lovely gesture and we enjoyed a lovely meal there. The building work seems to have stopped so it would be interesting to know when this will completed. Having your own parking space was a definite bonus as the parking in Alnmouth is at a premium.

Situated in a central position, with dedicated parking, Schooner Court provides exceptional quality accommodation that is both well-equipped and presented to a very high standard. We have stayed at Schooner Court No 1 on more than one occasion and the experience each time means we have no hesitation in highly recommending it to others. We will certainly be rebooking ourselves when visiting Alnmouth again.

The fake grass on the balcony was covered in moss balls and other rubbish and the chairs and tables were very scruffy, but facing the building site there was no temptation to sit out there. We appreciate that the building site opposite is not your direct responsibility but on windy days we had to clear loads of builders rubbish from around our car and had to remove rubbish before we could park in our allocated spot. It was clear that the builder or developer had run out of funds and that the site was closed down, so the problem is likely to persist for some considerable time.
