Located near the picture postcard Bamburgh Beach in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the property is perfectly placed for exploring the beaches on the Northumberland coast and the glorious countryside of the Northumberland National Park. Budle Bay and the iconic Bamburgh are on your doorstep, both offering pristine sandy beaches, with the latter being home to the magnificent Bamburgh Castle, Grace Darling Museum, and an abundance of restaurants. Climb aboard a boat and set sail to the Farne Islands to see a range of wildlife, or visit the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. Back on land visit the market town of Alnwick for the castle (of Hogwarts fame) and its world famous gardens or Berwick upon Tweed for its history, culture, shopping and restaurants. Heading in land family explorers, walkers and cyclists will be delighted with the many trails through the Cheviots and stunning Northumberland National Park. Stepping into the single storey, open plan living area you will feel immediately at home. You will discover a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area with huge sliding doors leading out onto one of the two garden and patio areas. The large sofas are perfect for unwinding at the end of a wonderful day exploring. Light up the wood burner and relax in front of the roaring fire for a night in front of the Smart TV, or take to the garden with a glass of wine on a clear night for a spot of stargazing. The dining area has space for six, while the modern kitchen has everything you need; electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Head through to the master bedroom with its double bed and large sliding doors which lead out to the decking and garden. This bedroom has an en suite shower room, with walk in shower and WC. Bedroom two is also a double with sliding doors to the decking, and has an en suite Jack and Jill shower room which is shared with bedroom three. The final bedroom is a single with a double bed, and it also has a pull out single bed for a sixth guest. Outside, there are two fully enclosed fenced garden areas which are perfect for children and dogs. With plenty of outdoor seating and a Kadai cast iron fire pit enjoy BBQ s and cosy evenings in front of the fire, where you can relax after your days out exploring. Simply sit back, take a deep breath in and and enjoy the fabulous views! Private, off road parking is available for up to three cars.
