Gorgeous house, in beautiful remote setting. Enjoyed watching the deer and hares in the garden. Wood fired hot tub was a big hit. Great base for Alnwick, Holy Island, Bamburgh etc. House really well equipped with super comfy beds. A gem!

Beautiful house set in stunning quiet location with views of Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island, interior was clean and beds very comfy, great nights sleep had by all. we were lucky with the weather and made use of outside BBQ eating area, sitting out at night watching the hares running across the lawn and the young red deer stag. The location is good for visiting local attractions Chillingham Castle, Alnwick castle, Bamburgh castle, Howick Hall and Gardens and boats trips from Seahouses to see puffins & seals.We had fabulous stay, only few gripes, we found the internet very very slow & power tripped out, shame the hot tub wasn’t on the patio near house, but these didn’t spoil our holiday, we all had fabulous time.
