When the night rolls in, there are three wonderful bedrooms to choose from, including a king-size double and two twins, with one twin on the ground-floor. Comfortable beds, good shower facilities, practical kitchen. Plenty of parking and room to exercise the dog. Good welcome pack. Heating system efficient. We enjoyed our stay and are likely to return.

It is comfortable and warm unfortunately for us the fire in the living room was not working but the owner said that it would be fixed as soon as she could get somebody to come. We will definitely return there is lots to see and do in the area and the local people are very friendly and welcoming. Can recommend the pubs in the village. Valerie is a great host and responded quickly to any queries we had. Thanks for a great holiday.

Perfect location for visiting Northumberland - the cottage has amazing views over the countryside. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds and everything you would need in the kitchen - the milk and sweet treats were a nice touch. We wouldnât hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back to visit.
