Our hosts Phil and Helen couldn't have been more helpful, answered mesages almost immediately., nothing was too much trouble. Chris and Sarah who looked after us when we got there were great, even popped in to show us how to work the telly, great at recommending places to go, to eat and to drink, really nice people! Everything in this cottage was to a very high standard, very modern and spotlesly clean. They had thought of everything!! Perfect shower for after a long day exploring !! The courtyard, though small was delightful, it was a pity that the weather didn't allow for a nice glas of wine to be drank whilst sitting amongst the twinkling lights under the gazebo. Would be more than willing to return in a heartbeat. It's perfectly situated to enjoy the best that haltwhistle has to offer, great pubs, great food and very friendly people !

Very clean and comfortable.Exceptionally well equipped.Good for catching bus to Hadrian’s wall.No view.Do not ignore the instructions about a small car.Good for anyone not keen on stairs. Can recommend this place.You Will love if.
