We stayed at the Sienna 2 for 4 nights. Holiday park was lovely and quiet. Great location away from Hexham, Beamish and Alnwick Gardens. Really nice caravan, updated decor, comfortable, clean and spacious. Only things we would complain about is that theres not much info on the accommodation itself, no welcome pack received. So we didnt really know how to work the heating but managed it eventually, where to put bins etc. When you click on how to get in it just states that they would send you the info but in fact we had to enquire at reception, also, the gate to the holiday park closes at night and we didnt know that we had to have a code until the day after. Thankfully a car was coming in the same time as us. The double bed mattres was not fit for purpose. We felt EVERY spring there was to feel. We had to get extra duvets from my parents accommodation who were staying at a lodge 10 mins away to put under the sheets. The WiFi is almost non existent. It didnt affect us because
