The lodge was clean and tidy but the appliances in the kitchen were bad. No numbers on the dial for the gas oven and hob. No letters on the washing machine dial. Dishwasher and fridge ok. Main bathroom shower faulty, extractor fan didn't work, toilet seat loose and only half the lights on the mirror worked. Overall appearance of kitchen and main bathroom very shabby and dated. All visible PAT testing stickers on electrical appliances were out of date.

We had a great stay for the weekend. Quiet and relaxed location with dark skies. On site lighting was turned off later on allowing us a good view of the skies.
