20 Southmead is a delightful, single-storey home situated in the seaside town of Amble in Northumberland. This detached, pet-friendly abode is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a short stroll away from a lovely beach, ideal for families and friends. Park up in the off-road space before stepping inside to discover your holiday home, with light grey walls and laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen/diner is great for cooking together, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer to assist you and a dining area to tuck-in. Relax and unwind in the stylish sitting room, featuring two sumptuous sofas and a Smart for some downtime, as well as patio door to lead you the rear garden. Savour a chilled beverage on the outdoor furniture as your pet stretches their legs on the lawn and admire the peaceful setting. As day draws to night, retire indoors, and indulge in a leisurely soak in the bathroom in the bath or freshen up in the overhead shower. After a day filled with fun, rest up in bed with the choice between three beautifully furnished bedrooms, including a king-size with an en-suite, a double and a twin bedroom. In the morning, take a short stroll to the beach with a coffee in hand as you marvel at the breath-taking sights or fuel your day at a cafe with a home-cooked breakfast. The historic town of Amble is the perfect place to explore Northumberland's coastline. With its own harbour village, Amble is a haven for fishermen and boaters alike. For those who enjoy the great outdoors, Druridge Bay Country Park is nearby and offers miles of scenic walks and cycle trails. There is an array of attractions close-by, with the ancient ruins of Warkworth Castle, Northumberland Country Zoo to see much-loved animals and Longframlington Gardens for a scenic walk. The Old School Gallery is a must-see for art lovers, and the Aln Valley Railway is a great way to explore the stunning surrounding countryside. Amble, a bustling small harbour at the River Coquet's mouth, is a great starting point for exploring Northumberland. In addition to sandy beaches, a marina, a harbour, and coastal hikes to the bird sanctuary at Hauxley and the national park at Druridge Bay, Amble, once a centre for boatbuilding, offers all of these amenities. A variety of fish, prawns, crabs, and lobsters are landed by the large fishing boats that are moored around the harbour wall. On the side of the harbour is a fish centre that sells local fish and is available to the public. It is currently mostly a shellfish hatchery to restock levels of lobster and other shellfish.
