Check in was from 4pm but reception closed at 5, had to wait for park ranger until 6 to get keys. Caravan was nothing like photos on website, was pretty basic inside. Nothing to clean the inside. Bed sheets had big dirty yellow/brown stains and black hairs on them. All carpets and furniture had stains all over. Hot tub had alot of floaters from trees overhead. Not very private, looking into neighbouring caravens on all side, very close together. Booked for 3 nights but left after one. Rang and text ranger to inform of departure, 4 hours later still no reply.
