We had an absolutely wonderful stay Beaumont. The location is ideal—perfectly situated for where we needed to be and close to the local town, yet nestled in a quiet neighbourhood.The cleanliness was 10/10, and we were so impressed by how well-equipped it was—it had every amenity you could ever need. A very comfortable and stress-free stay. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Stayed for a total of 7 weeks over a 2 month period whilst waiting for our own purchase to complete. Duncan was more than accommodating with our dates and friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The house is ideally situated if you want to be in Morpeth; a 7 minute walk to the train station and a 15 minute walk into the town centre which has all the amenities you need. There is also a small supermarket, convenience store and good fish & chip shop just down the road. The house was very quiet despite being on a housing estate and the off street parking, whilst tight, was much appreciated. Duncan has given a lot of thought to ensuring his guests have the perfect stay. The rooms were comfortable and warm, the shower was good, the lounge has a lovely big television and the house in general was well equipped with everything labelled for ease of use. We would thoroughly recommend Beaumont for a stay in Morpeth.
