The lodge is celebrated for its beautiful and peaceful location, ideal for exploring Northumberland. Its proximity to local attractions and amenities, while still offering a tranquil countryside experience, is highly valued by guests.

Not the most convenient of locations but everything else was perfect. The house was clean and spacious although I’m not sure what it would be like for six. Great for us though. Enjoyed the whole week, thank you!

Welcome pack provided with good variety of helpful items. Clear instructions for the wi-fi, for those that wish to use it. Clear instructions on what is requested from guests upon departure. (Inaccurate listing within the Sykes property details - tea towels were provided). Overall a very comfortable property in a quiet location, with a lovely view. Would highly recommend.

This was such a lucky find. So nice and peaceful.Mrs Proctor was so welcoming and accommodating. Had all the amenities we needed. Close enough to all the beaches and castles and a lovely cafe down the Road called Nelson’s. I will definitely be back here soon.
