Guests say

Dolphin Cottage is consistently praised for its proximity to the seafront and its cleanliness. Guests find it to be a comfortable and peaceful base for exploring Northumberland, with a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches. The lack of a garden is noted, but the property's location and amenities make up for this minor shortfall.

Reviews frequently highlight the spotless condition of the cottage, indicating a high standard of cleanliness that contributes positively to the guests' experience.

The property's location is highly regarded due to its close proximity to the beach and the town, making it an ideal spot for sightseeing and enjoying local amenities.

Guests describe the cottage as warm, comfortable, and homely, suggesting a good level of comfort. However, the lack of a garden for sitting outside slightly impacts the perfect comfort score.

The cottage is considered well-equipped by most, but one review suggests the kitchen could be better equipped. Overall, the facilities meet the needs of the guests.

While guests appreciate the service and mention fresh milk and towels, there is no explicit mention of gifts. Therefore, it cannot be confirmed if gifts are a regular offering, and the score is set to null.

A lovely property in one of our favourite places. Clean and well equipped. Just from a personal perspective it could do with modernisation though nothing wrong with anything and definitely a new mattress on the double bed which was like sleeping on broken bricks! A warm clean base to explore the area. Great communication from the owners.
