Rivershield is a well-received apartment in Warkworth, Northumberland, praised for its cleanliness, prime location, and well-equipped nature. Guests have enjoyed the comfortable furnishings and the property's proximity to local amenities and attractions. While there are minor concerns about parking and occasional noise, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests looking forward to returning.
The apartment consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting its spotless condition. One isolated complaint about a smoke smell does not significantly detract from the overall excellent feedback.
The location is frequently described as ideal and central, within easy reach of local attractions. However, the lack of designated parking and proximity to a pub beer garden slightly affects the score.
Comfort is generally well-regarded, with mentions of comfortable beds and furnishings. Some guests noted issues with mattress firmness and potential for feeling cramped, leading to a slightly reduced score.
Facilities are considered excellent, with the apartment being well-equipped for both short and long stays. Minor maintenance issues like a loose toilet seat and basin plug are noted, but do not greatly impact the overall positive experience.
While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

A superb location and the flat had everything you needed, including the biggest DVD and games selection you could wish for! We would definitely recommend and hope to book again in the near future. The owners were very respectful of our space, despite owning the pub next door and communication was great both for finding the apartment and afterwards when weâd left an item behind. Thanks again! We had a wonderful holiday.
