Park in the allocated space outside before pausing to admire the leafy grounds and stepping over the threshold. Inside, neutral tones and natural light enhance the open-plan living area, where a thoughtful welcome basket awaits after your journey. Move into the sleek kitchen and heat up the ceramic hob or switch on the electric oven to prepare a favourite meal, keeping fresh ingredients close at hand in the fridge. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for an easy morning meal, or carry your plates onto the enclosed balcony and dine in the open air with your canine companion nearby. After a day beside the coast, return to switch on the wall-mounted TV and catch up on a favourite programme in the sitting area. A useful utility cupboard houses a washing machine and freezer, making it easier to manage muddy walking clothes and longer stays. As evening draws in, freshen up beneath the shower and leave your towel on the heated rail before retiring to the double bedroom, where built-in storage provides space for your belongings and a TV offers further entertainment. Begin the next morning on the elevated balcony with a steaming coffee, listening to birdsong and watching for peacocks and other wildlife moving through the grounds below. From the doorstep, follow mapped routes through the surrounding parkland and ancient woodland with your four-legged companion, or take a short drive to Saltburn for its sandy beach, historic pier, cliff tramway, independent shops and eateries. Saltburn-by-the-Sea, a Victorian coastal resort, is renowned for its sweeping sandy beaches and beautiful coastline of glacial boulder clays. This small town, located at the northernmost point of the North York Moors, has an attractive elegance about it, with a dramatic steep curving roadway leading from the town centre to the shore. This charming seaside resort attracts to visitors of all ages who want to connect the shore with the moors thanks to its long pier and unique cliff lift.
