We booked it for a group of 10 who ranged in age from 14 to 60 and we all had a fabulous time. The large TV, pool table, garden and hot tub were all well used. Everywhere was clean and modern, the bathrooms were huge! There is a lovely walk from the cottage along the river and we ate at the near by Dog and Otter (fantastic food). We would definitely book again as the house was big enough to let everyone have some space but also to sit together - we had a Kahoot quiz night on the TV with us all on the massive sofa. It was brilliant!

The hot tub and pool table were a great success. The area is good, with walks from the property.
