Drumford offers spacious communal areas and a fantastic location close to Blackpool’s attractions, with easy access to public transport and local amenities. Guests appreciated the warm, comfortable atmosphere and well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for group stays. While the property is generally as described, some guests noted issues with water pressure, bathroom maintenance, and occasional cleanliness concerns. Despite these minor drawbacks, the property’s size, value, and convenience make it a popular choice for large groups seeking a practical base for their Blackpool visit.
Several guests mentioned issues such as stained bedding, dusty rooms, and hair found in beds, though others found the property generally clean. Cleanliness appears inconsistent, with some areas needing more attention.
The location is highly praised, with guests highlighting proximity to the tram stop, local shops, eateries, and Blackpool’s attractions. The convenience of public transport and parking is a significant plus.
Guests found the communal areas spacious and the house warm and comfortable. However, some bedrooms were described as cramped, with uncomfortable or poor-quality bedding, and heating was inadequate in a few rooms.
The kitchen and communal spaces are well-equipped and suitable for large groups. However, recurring issues with water pressure, faulty toilets, and maintenance needs in bathrooms were noted. Some guests also mentioned a lack of certain amenities, such as a washing machine.
There were no mentions of welcome gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews, so a score cannot be provided for this category.

Everything was nearly perfect the exceptions were minor like some of the toilets when flushed created a terrible noise while refilling we dare not flush at night for fear of waking others in the house or next door, some of the windows were plastered with bird muck ,all these were not causing us a problem, there was an issue with water pressure regarding if alot of people had a shower at the same time but we were aware of that and made sure we communicated. I have to reiterate these problem were not going to be a grear issue with our time at Blackpool, shops Tram and bus were near by enabling us to have a car free time that enhanced our stay.

The property was spacious and in a lovely location. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped.Unfortunately, there were several issues with the bathrooms. Three of the toilets had faulty flushes; some were not working at all, while others made a very loud noise when flushed. The showers also did not work properly, which was very disappointing. In addition, the bunk bed mattress was uncomfortable and in poor condition. It would also have been helpful if it had been made clearer before booking that BBQs were not allowed.
