The ground floor of this accommodation was great for our party, the lounge was large and comfortable although only seats for 10. The dining room and kitchen were great although a washing machine would have been appreciated when a number of us got a sickness bug . the children in our party loved the little snug area off the kitchen. The bedrooms were adequate although not all en-suite, the beds were comfortable but the bed linen was of poor quality and ill fitting, the duvet covers didn’t fasten and the divest kept falling out overnight. The bathrooms are all in need of refurbishment and although we were warned before we arrived about the water pressure problems in the house it made showering for 17 very difficult. We also were unfortunate to have the lights go off twice while we were staying, the house keepers came out on Christmas Day to fix this. The second time was the night before we left so packing up in the morning was a little tricky. I would say the house is in need of some renovation.

Accomodation would not comfortably seat 20 people . We were 12 due to sickness and struggled to get everyone in living room . Couple had to sit on floor. Water pressure in showers very low, again with such a large group this was inadequate. Several of us ended up having cold showers. Dining area also not good . For 20 . Couple of seats had loose seat pads and table had very loose leg. One kettle and toaster totally inadequate for 20 people. No downstairs toilet which was our fault for not checking . Our group gets together every year to start off Christmas celebrations and house not decorated for Christmas . So disappointed. Kitchen door leaking in rain water from strong winds.Overall ,thank goodness for the company as otherwise it would have been a disaster . Only plus was it was nice and warm . Tram stop outside and pub practically next door
