The property is in a great location, within close proximity to all the attractions Blackpool has to offer, including Blackpool Tower, just a short walk away and can be seen from the property’s seafront balcony, The Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre, Madame Tussauds and the numerous amusement arcades. The annual illuminations, which run from the beginning of September to mid November, can be viewed along the promenade for over 6 miles. Beach 50 yards. Shop and restaurant 100 yards, pub 200 yards.

    The property was in a great location with good transport links. It was great that the heating was on and the house was lovely and warm. The bathrooms and house apart from the kitchen was clean. The kitchen floor with its tape over the cracks in the tiles meant it was not really acceptable and kitchen cupboards needed a good wipe out. Having a bedroom with no curtains at a window was not good as the street lights are on all night. The house is in a shabby condition and needs a lot of work. There is little equipment in the kitchen, no oven gloves, 1 sharp knife, and it needs more plates, mugs and wine glasses. It meant had to be creative in use of utensils when cooking. Good job we took toilet rolls with us as there were none. Also the sauna was not working - I see from other reviews it has been like that for 6 months. The photos are out of date, its far more tired that they show, for example, the lovely furniture in the sun room is not there and cream sofas are very dirty. I think Cottages.com local rep needs to visit.

    Perfect stay for a stag do. Dated and needs general repair but linen was clean, showers worked and was nice and safe, exactly what was required
