Perfect stay for a stag do. Dated and needs general repair but linen was clean, showers worked and was nice and safe, exactly what was required

Very disappointing. Outer front door lock not working -when repaired not given key. Electric bulbs missing and some rooms no bedside lamps. Two down stair toilets - one at front no handle to flush. One of the fridges in kitchen damaged door and unusable. No toilet rolls in the bath rooms and no teaspoons in the kitchen. Only one sharp knife in the kitchen. Four kettles and only two worked. Outside where the bins were - disgustingly dirty and smelly. Beds could have have been better - no mattress covers on some.Plenty of hot water but some showers had no curtains. I think cottages .com need to inspect this property.
