Sea View Apartment One (UK36846) and Sea View Apartment Two (UK36847) have been completely renovated throughout in 2021. These two superb apartments can be found a mere 2-minute walk from Blackpool’s seafront and main promenade. The location means they’re wonderfully central but set back away from the main hustle and bustle. Each apartment is beautifully spacious, tastefully furnished and complete with everything needed for a warm and comfortable stay. From the open plan living and dining area you can glimpse the coast and Irish Sea of what is undoubtedly one of Britain’s most iconic holiday resorts.
Blackpool offers plenty to do for the entire family, with most of the action taking place around the popular promenade which stretches for 6-miles. The apartments are set between the South and Central Pier meaning the vast majority of great attractions are easily accessible by foot. To name but a few, Madame Tussauds is around a 10-minute walk, the famous Blackpool tower and historic Winter Gardens around a 15-minute walk and the iconic Pleasure Beach amusement park around 20 minutes. There’s also the Sandcastle Water Park and Sea Life Blackpool together with a whole host of pubs, cafés, restaurants and eateries right on the doorstep.
St Chads Road tram stop is a 5-minute walk operating a regular service right the way up to Fleetwood, and of course each autumn the trams and entire promenade are lit up as part of the incredibly popular Blackpool Illuminations. Having so much to do and explore, you’ll be hard pushed to know where to start! Beach 170 yards.

Place was great, ideal location for walkability for both ends of the beach and very nice inside. The host was very responsive when it turned out someone had parked in the designated car park and found a solution for alternative parking very quickly. Overall great service and place - will definitely stay again!

Fantastic holiday home, looks just like the pictures, and in a brilliant location close to all amenities. Fantastic contact with the owner who has a quick response time. Few issues with the cleanliness here and there, contacted owner as they have contracted cleaners. However, cleaning equipment to hand and gave it a clean. Not a massive issue. Only thing I would say is that the mattresses need replacing due to springs coming through, and bedroom blinds need replacing as they are not big enough for the window, but its a quick fix. Over all I would defiantly stay here again.
