The park are unable to accommodate any commercial vehicles parked at the lodges. If this applies please leave them at the reception.
Wi-Fi is available at a charge, however it is slower than a landline Wi-Fi signal as the trees can sometimes disrupt the strength. Wi-Fi at Ladera is very intermittent so please be aware of this before arrival.
Security Deposit: Please note that a security deposit of £250, payable directly to the park via bank transfer, is required prior to arrival. A representative from the park will contact you to arrange payment. The deposit will be refunded back onto your card shortly after bank details have been provided for the transfer.
Arrival Information: Check in is between 4pm - 6.30pm, if you are going to arrive after 6.30pm please call the park to arrange.Facilities: Please be aware that your hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on your day of arrival due to water change and maintenance.Fast Broadband Internet has now been implemented on site.NO gas BBQ,s are permitted on the park but guests can bring their own disposable BBQ's-These have to be raised from the ground.Ladera Retreat Lodges reception staff will contact you prior to arrival with all the necessary check in details.

This is my third stay in Lodge 2 and maybe my last unless some severe problems are fixed which is a shame as we love it there. I definitely would not be calling it luxury anymore. The lodge is likely owned by people who never come to it and don’t care about it. The whole outside is looking shabby and is downright dangerous. The decking is going through in many parts. The steps moved hugely and are likely unsafe and the whole area around the hot tub is unsafe. We didn’t dare use the hot tub as walking round it the decking is moving, rotten and I was terrified it would break completely and we would be severely injured. We didn’t report at the time as nothing could be done to fix it whilst we were there. The shelves in the wardrobe kept falling off which was unsurprising as there was no supports on the or just small nails. This was reported as didn’t want them keeping the security deposit.

Lodge interior was lovely has everything you need, it also had a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The outside decking let it down because the wood was rotten in many places, amazing no-one has gone through it.

What an amazing place to stay cant recommend it enough. Great location clean WiFi is amazing cant find a single thing to complain about.
