The Dairy at Brook House Farm is highly praised for its peaceful rural setting, comfortable and spacious accommodation, and welcoming hosts. Guests consistently mention the property's cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, and excellent bathroom facilities. The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, though a car is recommended as amenities are not within walking distance. Thoughtful touches such as welcome packs and helpful local advice from the owner are appreciated. While a few guests noted minor issues such as lack of outdoor seating and occasional maintenance concerns, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, making it a popular choice for a relaxing countryside break.
Cleanliness is frequently highlighted, with many guests describing the cottage as spotless, immaculate, and well-presented. Only one review mentioned the property not being as clean as expected, but this was an exception among overwhelmingly positive feedback.
The rural location is praised for its tranquillity and proximity to attractions like Nantwich and local walks. However, several guests note that amenities and pubs require a short drive, so the location is best suited to those with a car.
Guests consistently mention comfortable beds, spacious interiors, and a cosy atmosphere. Underfloor heating and quality furnishings are appreciated, though a few minor comments were made about the sofa and the need for a fan in hot weather.
Facilities are generally excellent, with well-equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, and reliable WiFi. Some guests suggested improvements such as outdoor seating and a DVD player, and one mentioned a temporary hot water issue that was promptly resolved.
Many guests appreciated welcome packs and the owner's helpfulness, including local advice and small gestures like allowing guests to pick apples. Please note that such gifts or extras are not guaranteed for every stay.

We hugely enjoyed staying at the Dairy. It’s a high quality conversion, with a good layout, immaculate and very, very comfortable. It was lovely to sit in our own little garden for a coffee in the morning sunshine, and to watch the house martins darting around. The Dairy is very private, yet the owner is helpful and friendly if you need anything.

Overall a lovely cottage We think it may be nice to include a fan of some sort as leaving the doors open allows a lot of flies in & it gets hot with all the doors closed
