Enjoying a peaceful location next to the owner’s home, with beautiful country views and easy access to the local amenities, Timadon Cottage is an idyllic base for couples or a family of four. After entering through the electric gate and parking up on the spacious driveway, make yourself into your new home-from-home. Be welcomed into the light-filled open-plan living space, where you can rustle up delicious meals in the contemporary kitchen, featuring granite worktops and a handy washer/dryer. Savour dinner at the dining table for four, before relaxing on the plush seating in the sitting room and selecting a much-loved show on the TV, as the woodburning stove crackles nearby. Wash away the day with a refreshing shower followed by wrapping yourself in a toasty towel, courtesy of the heated towel rail. Kelsall is a small settlement on the border of the Cheshire Plains, situated on Kelsall Hill. The village, which is close to the famed Sandstone Trail and Delamere Forest, has gorgeous houses, two mediaeval churches, renowned farm shops, and a number of outstanding pubs, so there is something for everyone. Chester, located 8 miles north, has been dubbed "the jewel of the North-West of England." Perhaps the most fascinating aspect of the city is that there is evidence of every period of history within a very small area, from Roman walls and an amphitheatre to mediaeval churches, Elizabethan timber-framed town houses and Georgian terraces, Victorian restorations, and 21st-century architecture.

It was decorated and finished to the highest of standards. It was so well equipped with everything you could think of needing. We felt so comfortable and at home. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we had booked longer! The fresh farm eggs, milk and cookies that were left for us was such a lovely touch. We would definitely like to return in the future and would highly recommend the cottage to anyone wishing to stay in this area.
