Brilliant clean facilities with everything you need. The autumnal weather and rain didn’t matter as the hot tub was undercover and the radiator keeps the hut really warm. There was a log fire too but we didn’t need it. Bed was really comfy too. The perfect get away for that rural feel with a gorgeous view of the pond. If you do venture out there’s a great pub down the road with amazing food too. The shepherds pie and bottle of fizz in the fridge was an added bonus. Be prepared that there is no internet or service there so you really get that “off grid” feel. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful and relaxing location/plot. Close to local pubs which were very welcoming to us and our dog! The fence surrounding the hut had wide gaps and with sheep being nearby there was a slight concern the dog might get into mischief - we brought a dog gate which fitted perfectly so problem solved! I think considering the pricepoint some charcoal for the bbq could have come for free rather than additional cost on arrival and some local recommendations may have come in handy from the hosts - we bumped into some locals who happily obliged us though so no worries there!
