Best one we've stayed at in terms of equipment in the lodge. Welcome pack of tea, coffee sugar, milk & cookies, bin bags, loo roll, dishwasher tablets & washing up liquid all appreciated. Extras include cordless hoover, hairdryer in each room , clothes airer, games, linen, enough crockery & utensils to cook a roast dinner - including a top quality air fryer. Although there are no visible settings on the cooker dails it's not difficult to find which ring is which or how to work the oven. Yes you can hear some road noise but as the park is off a busy route we knew we might. Easy to walk dogs along side of road for their business am & pm but definitely had to go out in car for longer walks which again we googled location and knew how close to lake district we were this wasn't a problem. Warden on site was very friendly, gave recommendations for walks, park is kept immaculate by ground men who are out tidying every day. In all a lovely week in lovely homely lodge which we will definitely think of returning too.
