Although the accommodation was very comfortable we found that some of what would be regarded as basic items for self catering were missing.There were no pans for cooking (after reporting this we were provided with two saucepans). We always like to clean up before we leave but there was no carpet sweeper, brush or even a dustpan and brush and no bin liners for the kitchen bin. It was also necessary to ask for a gas engineer to come out to the gas oven as the grill only worked intermittently. We have stayed in many different self catering places over the years and all of the above items have been provided as standard.
