We came here in mid July and I can’t say I have a lot of positive experience to share, first off the pictures aren’t very representative of the caravan. I called up prior to our stay and asked the gentleman about one of the kitchens that was presented in the pictures, the one that wraps around as we like to cook and thought on the off chance we could get a little more counter top space, as I spoke to the gentleman he quite bluntly stated that he’d asked Hoseasons to remove the picture as it wasn’t representative, and then he’d just hung up. We then proceeded to drive around 8 hours to get to place to be met with utterly confusing directions and no real idea of where to go, had to get help from lovely locals. Once we’d gotten there, understandably the reception was not open as due to traffic we were there at 7. So we called up the number posted and this time round the same gentleman from before politely told us which caravan we were in. We had booked a Superior 2 bed as it looked bigger than the deluxe. We were met with utter disappointment once we had entered, there was not even hand towels or soap in the bathroom, the place was absolutely tiny and the counter tops in the kitchen had lots of crumbs, I’m guessing from a previous stay. I understand that we should have looked into it a little more into the whole description of the property as we later did find it buried that towels were not provided. We then proceeded to call up the gentleman and ask what’s going on, he once again rudely stated that pictures weren’t representative at all and he can’t really do anything for us as allegedly the money stays with Hoseasons until our departure so he can’t issue a refund/partial even if he wanted and we should take it up with them. Additionally, went to the ski bar one night and the lady in there had absolutely no clue about any cocktails, not what i asked about and completely no clue about what they serve, I do understand that she could’ve been new, but this just added to the quite negative experience we had.
