Just off the kitchen, there is a utility room well-equipped with an additional fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for keeping your holiday wardrobe fresh. Settle down to savour a tasty meal at the dining table as you discuss plans for the days ahead. If the weather is nice, why not take advantage and dine alfresco out on the private patio? Located at the foot of the Howgill Fells, Sedbergh (pronounced Sed-Ber) is a historic market town in northern Dentdale. Located about 12 miles from the Lake District National Park, Sedbergh is a popular tourist destination in the Yorkshire Dales. There's an old-world feel to the town with its narrow streets, small shops, traditional bars, famed school from 1525, and 12th century church. There's Dentdale, a 14-mile expanse of rolling hills and dry stone walls in the Yorkshire Dales that begins in Sedbergh and ends at the junction of the Dee and Rawthey rivers.
