Leave your vehicle in a public car park before exploring the established grounds to reach your holiday home. Step inside to discover the entrance hallway, where on your left you will find the light and airy dining room to enjoy your mealtimes together. Moving through the property, locate the contemporary kitchen, hosting an electric oven and gas hob to prepare heart-warming meals, as well as a dishwasher for a fuss-free clean. Discover the wrap-around garden to savour a cold beverage. There is an outhouse housing a hot tub, so you can melt your worries away before heading inside and climbing up to the first-floor to unwind in the sitting room. Catch-up on your favourite shows on the TV with a cup of tea in hand or why not enjoy a bubble-bath in the family bathroom? When sleep calls, there are three well-presented bedrooms to choose from, including a ground-floor double, ideal for those with limited mobility and two more doubles sitting on the first-floor. The medieval town of Appleby-in-Westmorland is situated in a loop of the River Eden, with the North Pennines, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the Lake District Fells visible on the western horizon. This is one of the loveliest towns in the north of England, set in the green Eden Valley and steeped in history. It was previously the county town of Westmorland. Appleby is set between the Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales, allowing visitors to take advantage of the contrasting landscapes of these two National Parks, as well as various walking and cycling options and the town's superb leisure complex. Appleby boasts a fantastic assortment of high-quality independent businesses, cafes, and delicatessens that sell locally created food and crafts.
