Moving through the property, locate the contemporary kitchen, hosting an electric oven and gas hob to prepare heart-warming meals, as well as a dishwasher for a fuss-free clean. Discover the wrap-around garden to savour a cold beverage. There is an outhouse housing a hot tub, so you can melt your worries away before heading inside and climbing up to the first-floor to unwind in the sitting room. Catch-up on your favourite shows on the TV with a cup of tea in hand or why not enjoy a bubble-bath in the family bathroom? When sleep calls, there are three well-presented bedrooms to choose from, including a ground-floor double, ideal for those with limited mobility and two more doubles sitting on the first-floor. This is one of the loveliest towns in the north of England, set in the green Eden Valley and steeped in history. It was previously the county town of Westmorland. Appleby is set between the Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales, allowing visitors to take advantage of the contrasting landscapes of these two National Parks, as well as various walking and cycling options and the town's superb leisure complex. Appleby boasts a fantastic assortment of high-quality independent businesses, cafes, and delicatessens that sell locally created food and crafts.
