We had a great stay at Barngarth recently. There were two couples and two toddlers and it was perfect for all of us. The house had a well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for us all and what we brought with us, it had tea, coffee, milk and some biscuits and even a bottle of Prosecco. It was really clean and well kept. It also had a travel cot and high chair which wasn’t listed but useful to know for anyone else visiting. Only downside was that the parking permit appears to be missing but we found free parking nearby.

BarngarthWe’ve had a wonderful four night stay at Barngarth. The cottage is perfectly situated on a quiet street only a 5 minute walk to the village Square. The house was immaculately clean and furnished to a very high standard. Each room smelt divine with different fragrances. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you needed, including a complimentary bottle of rose Prosecco, biscuits, coffee pods, teabags and hot chocolate. The owners have provided so many little extras throughout the house, such as; dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion and firewood for the wood burner. We didn’t find parking an issue because there was always a space outside the property, so we could drop off our bags, have shopping delivered etc. We managed to find a free parking space near the primary school. We found the locals very friendly in the pubs, coffee shops, old post office and gift shop. A great house in a fabulous village, we’ll definitely go back in the future!

The cottage we stayed was really nice, it looked a little suspect outside however on entry it was amazing, rally lovely, l would recommend the property to my friends and family.
