A great base for exploring the south lakes. We had fun walking and paddling boarding- Coniston was a particular hit! The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a day out- my teenagers loved it. Thank you for the generous welcome pack. (The house could do with a large wok/ large oven dishes for cooking for a hungry family! Cooking was the only challenge!)

Priority was beautifully maintained svx clean. Left an item at property and having difficulty getting it returned

It is maintained to a high standard and had everything needed for a great stay. N.b. A note for the owners only. We slept in the top bedroom and was kept awake for a few hours on 2 nights by scratching noises above us. The owner said it was probably squirrels. Maybe stop the access to the roof space .
