The quaint village of Sedbergh is perfectly situated for exploring both the stunning Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Park. Nearby are the stunning villages of Ingleton and Hawes, both famous for their waterfalls and impressive viaducts, and reached within just 16 miles. The market town of Kendal (11 miles) also lies close by, with historic streets and local shopping experiences.
As you walk through the front door, you enter a beautifully welcoming hallway, with a stone bench where you can kick off your shoes before heading into the heart of the home. The lounge is stylish with soft sofas, a fluffy rug, and a flame-effect electric fire, so you can sit back and relax in front of the Smart TV. Also on this floor is the kitchen, a social space with an open-plan dining area, so the whole group can get together over breakfast and plan the day's events. Upstairs, you will find three well-presented bedrooms, each with its own theme. The two super-king-size rooms (one of which can be made up as a twin on request) and the double bedroom each have their own Smart TV and ample room for storing your luggage. The family bathroom on the same floor is contemporary in style and offers a rainfall shower over the bath, perfect for a soak after a day of rambling the fells.
Outside, there is a small sitting area to the rear, and a bistro set out front to enjoy a morning cuppa. Private parking for one car is available at the rear of the property.
