Excalibur Cottage is a superb semi-detached property that can be found on the picturesque Fylde Coast, a mere ½ mile from the bustling promenade and beautiful sandy seafront of St Annes. Completely renovated throughout in 2022, it boasts off road parking and a secure, enclosed garden making it a perfect base for couples, friends and families alike looking for a fantastic getaway at the great British seaside.
The location is convenient for local shops and amenities and there’s also a park with play area across the road for those with children. Ashton Gardens which is home to further play areas and bowling greens together with the Pavilion Tea Room and Restaurant is also less than a mile away. St Annes is brimming with tradition, with fish and chip shops, colourful beach huts, cafés, tea rooms and golf courses, including the illustrious Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club.
Pride of place on the seafront, you’ll find the laughing statue of the late, great Les Dawson and passing Fairhaven Lake you’ll find the neighbouring town of wonderfully cosmopolitan Lytham.
In the other direction are the bright lights, glitz and glamour of Blackpool which is home to a whole host of attractions such as Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Tower, the Sandcastle Water Park, SEA life Blackpool and of course the annual illuminations light show.
You can also explore Fleetwood, Thornton-Cleveleys and the market town of Poulton-le-Fylde, all of which are all easily accessible in under half an hour. Swapping the coast for countryside the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the South Lakes can be reached within an hour. Beach 1 mile.

A lovely 4 week stay at Excalibur. Comfortable, clean with plentiful quality kitchen utensils & equipment. Great location for us - 2 minutes walk for the bus to Lytham/Blackpool, 20 min walk to St Annes centre or to the beach. Parking on the drive for 2 cars. Owners are responsive, very helpful and welcoming. Loved Beachcomber, & the walk along the sands to St Annes.

Had a great stay , quiet and all good . Plenty of utensils, plates etc, dishwasher, washing machine and a washing line . Patio set for the summer and a large grassed garden , also a park across from the cottage but for younger children. All in all an excellent break.

Lovely home to stay in to see the sights of Blackpool. The house is modern, clean and has everything you need. Lovely welcome pack from Nicola. There is lots of space for a family with kids. The garden is huge and will be fabulous to enjoy on a sunny day. Would highly recommend a stay here.
