Perfect for couples, families, and friends, with or without their four-legged companions, it makes an excellent base for a stress-free getaway on this beautiful part of the Fylde Coast.
The contemporary living space offers plush seating to unwind in after a long day of exploring, and the kitchen, newly fitted in 2023, has everything needed to cook up a storm.
Outside the courtyard is completely enclosed, meaning that small children and pets can play safely whilst you watch from the warmth of the conservatory, and upstairs you can enjoy a long indulgent soak in the freestanding bath.
The centre of Lytham, with all its vibrant bars and eateries, is around a 10-minute walk, as is the promenade which offers fantastic views across the estuary towards Southport. This is also the setting for open air concerts and exhibitions including exciting events such as the Lytham Proms Music Festival. Golfers, be sure to pack your clubs as you’ll want to take advantage of Royal Lytham and Fairhaven Golf Club; or alternatively you can spend the day at neighbouring St Anne’s where you’ll find a Victorian pier, glorious sandy beach, and lively shopping centre. Further round the coast is the bustling seaside resort of Blackpool, home to the thrilling Pleasure Beach, Tower, Sandcastle Water Park, and Sea World to name but a few attractions. There’s also Blackpool Zoo which animal lovers are sure to appreciate.
Swapping the coast for countryside, the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is accessible in around an hour’s drive, as is the southern Lake District National Park. You really are spoilt for choice!

We found the cottage to be an ideal base located in our favourite spot on the Fylde Coast, a real hidden gem. It was attractive and well equipped and no problem parking. We never quite managed to work out how to put the gas fire on or tweak the thermostat for a bit more heat (during a particularly cold spell early February) but all in all we had a throughly enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely time, the cottage was very comfortable and in a great location. Very well equipped. Stairs are a bit steep and narrow, but we coped. Lovely and warm in the evenings. No problems with parking. Very quiet all around, but everyone you meet is so friendly.
