This is a very nice place to stay. We found it good for relaxing and watching the world go by, or going for a stroll along the tow path. Cottage is comfortable and had everything we needed. We would be happy to stay there again.

16 Swan House is a lovely accessible home from home. Ground floor bedroom, next to spacious bathroom with shower cubicle. Upstairs 2 generous bedrooms with access to wrap around balcony. Parking to the front of the property. Rear patio gives access to marina. No issues with noise or smells from a working marina. We sat and watched, the ducks, swans and even a heron. Canal walks on your doorstep. Perfect location to either do nothing or visit Morecambe, Lancaster etc. The photos are a good representation of this comfortable, nicely furnished well equipped property.

A lovely property in a great setting. It was very well equipped with everything needed for holiday stay. Handy for most places by car and just a few minutes stroll to a decent pub and peaceful canal path. Would definitely stay in the future.
